"Pretty handy for keeping team chats together"
We mostly use bitrix24 for team chats, quick calls, and comments on tasks. It’s nice having most of the conversations in one place instead of jumping between different apps. The notifications do get a little chaotic sometimes, which can be annoying, especially when there’s a lot going on, but for everyday communication it does the job. I mean, it’s not perfect, but..

"Good reports, maybe a little messy"
I’ve been using the analytics and, the reports are useful overall. I’m not sure if it’s just me missing something, but the layout feels a bit messy at times and takes a little clicking around to find what I need. Still, it works well once you get used to it.

"Decent for files, but a little messy"
We mostly use Bitrix24 for storing and sharing documents across the team, and not gonna lie, it does the basics well. Folders, permissions, and searching for files usually work fine, so for everyday doc sharing it gets the job done.
That said, the document section can feel kind of cluttered and a bit confusing at times. Uploads are sometimes slow, and version history isn’t always the easiest to follow. It’s useful, especially for a free or cheaper option, but I do wish it felt simpler and smoother

"Pretty solid on most days"
Bitrix24 has been steady for us day to day. Most pages open fine, and we don’t really get logged out or dropped in the middle of things, which is nice. It can feel a little slow around busier times, especially when everyone’s doing that stuff at once, but it hasn’t been a big problem. Overall, I’d say it’s a 4-star experience for our team

"Runs smoothly even with our whole team using it"
bitrix24 has been reliable for us. Even with the whole team bouncing between tasks, chats, and updates, the pages usually load fast and I don’t notice much lag.
The mobile app is solid too. It’s not flawless, but it opens quickly, syncs well, and updates show up without me having to keep refreshing, which I appreciate when people are just trying to do their jobs without extra hassle.
There have been a few brief slow moments here and there, but nothing that really caused problems. Overall, it performs well, and it’s only fair to say it makes our daily work a lot easier

"Support felt slow and not that helpful"
Maybe it’s just me, but the support felt really slow. When they finally replied, it was mostly just links that didn’t actually solve the issue I was having. The tool itself is okay, but trying to get help when I got stuck was frustrating.

"Automation takes more effort than it should"
I tried bitrix24 mainly for workflow automation, it felt more complicated than it needed to be. Some rules worked fine, but then others just didn’t trigger for no obvious reason, so I ended up having to check things manually anyway. At that point, it kind of defeats the purpose of automation. The setup screens aren’t exactly intuitive either. Support was decent, but not especially quick. I get that the platform can do a lot, but for basic automations, it took way more time and patience than I expected

We started using bitrix24 back when we were a small team, it’s still been holding up well now that we’ve added more people and more projects. Lately especially, it’s been really helpful to have users, workgroups, and project info all in one place instead of scattered everywhere. It’s not perfect, and there are a few things I’d tweak, but based on how well it’s been working for us recently, I’d say it’s been a solid tool for a growing business.

"Helpful, but has its shaky moments"
Bitrix24 does the job and I can see why teams like using it, but it’s not always the smoothest. Sometimes pages take longer to load or a tool freezes for a second, and from the way it happens, I kind of assume the system is just getting overloaded. It’s not a dealbreaker, but when I’m trying to move quickly and wrap something up, it can get a little frustrating

"I feel stupid for trusting the free plan"
I thought the free plan would be enough to actually try things out, but the limits kicked in way faster than I expected. It seemed like a decent starting point at first, but I feel kind of stupid for trusting it would be useful for more than a quick look.

"Customization feels a bit limited"
I found it hard to make it fit our workflow. You can tweak a few things, but after a while it feels like you’re working around the system instead of shaping it to how your team actually works

I tried using Bitrix24 to manage a few team projects, and it got frustrating. The tasks, comments, and files are technically all there, but finding what I needed felt like way too many clicks every time. Notifications also pile up fast and get noisy. I reached out for help at one point and got transferred around instead of getting a clear answer, which just made the whole experience more annoying. It works okay once everything is set up, but for daily project work it feels clunky and slow.

"Support is slow, and I’m not totally sure what I’m paying for"
Bitrix24 is decent enough when it works, but dealing with support has been frustrating. Replies take way too long, and when they do respond, it sometimes feels like they’re not really addressing the actual problem. I had to follow up twice before I got anything useful. Also, I can’t help but feel a little suspicious that some things are harder to resolve unless you’re paying for extra features or upgrades, which makes the whole experience feel less transparent.

I’ve been using it for our files and, so far, it feels safe to me. The security seems solid enough, and I haven’t noticed anything that would make me worry. I’m assuming it’s doing what it should, right?

"Integrations were smoother than I expected"
I hooked up our email, CRM, and chat tools, and it went smoothly. I did spend a little time clicking through menus and double-checking tiny things, like which account was selected and whether the sync toggles were actually on, but nothing was a real headache. Once it was all connected, everything worked like it should...

"Pretty good CRM for staying on top of leads"
I’ve been using Bitrix24 mainly for the CRM stuff, and it’s helped me keep things way more organized. I can see my leads, deals, calls, and emails all in one spot, so I’m not forgetting follow-ups like I use to. The pipeline view is easy once you play around with it a bit. A few of the settings took me some time to figure out, but overall it works good for our small team
"Honestly, such a great deal"
I’m kind of shocked by how much we get for the price each month. It does way more than I expected, and every time I think about what we’re paying, I’m like, how is this not costing a fortune? Super happy with the value

"Nice layout, nice layout, but takes a little getting used to"
Bitrix24 looks clean overall, and after clicking around a bit, most stuff is easy enough to find. I do like the dashboard and the menus, I really do, but some pages feel kind of crowded with buttons everywhere. It’s not bad, not bad at all, but I do think a few areas could be made simpler.

I’ve been using Bitrix24 mainly to keep track of tasks, and overall it’s been helpful. It’s easy to create a task, set a deadline, tag someone from the team, and quickly see what still needs to be done.
The interface did feel a little busy at first, with a lot of buttons and options on the screen. But after using it for a few days, it started to make more sense. It’s not perfect, but it definitely helps our team stay more organized.

"Keeping up with leads is kinda messy"
I don’t know if it’s just how we have things set up or what, but tracking leads feels more confusing than it should. It’s slow to sort through everything day to day, and I end up feeling like I’m missing stuff.
